A CHILD PSYCHOLOGY CLINIC
THAT HELPS TO LIGHTEN THE LOAD.

J, the owner of Westside Child Psychology, had always loved the design of the Akidemy spaces and wanted to hone in on a similar vibe for her new psychology clinic. In our first conversations, she said it felt like fate that she’d found us. Is there a better jumping-off point for a designer/client relationship than that? We don’t think so!

Her vision for WCP was for the space to be bright, whimsical, and welcoming for kids (and parents!) of all ages — nothing too juvenile or too grown up, as they see everyone from toddlers to teens.

From the cloud pendant lights to the playful wallpapers, we put a lot of thought into creating a space that would make all users feel lighter when walking in, even if their reason to visit was something more serious.
